KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
·BlackRock Intranet – Redesigned and assisted with the launching of a new department Intranet.
Coordinated with other departments to obtain necessary images, gathered input from all Managing Directors regarding content, and uploaded all files – on a very strict deadline.
·2007 38a-1 CCO Annual Report – Coordinated the editorial and production of end, obtaining
necessary supplies to make approximately 500 books. Proofread and edited Compliance Manual.
·Merging of 7 Fund Boards to 3 – Was given analytical work to compare each policy of each fund
to the correlating policies of the other funds. Identified which policies were similar, to assist with consolidating 4 separate polices into 1 policy. Proofread and edited Policies and Procedures as well as a new Compliance Manual
·Invoice & Accounting Process – Provided assistance in designing a new functioning invoice process for all Funds. Created spreadsheets to log invoices and to generate monthly reports for the General Counsel. Mapped the process, trained individuals who will work with the process, and implemented the process.
